How our quote and installer-introduction service works, and what to expect when you make an enquiry.
What we do
We are an introduction platform, not an installer. When you make an enquiry we review it and, where we cover your area, introduce you to one suitable air-conditioning installer who can survey your property and provide a firm quotation.
One introduction, not an auction
We pass your enquiry to a single suitable installer at a time, rather than selling it to several at once. Your contact details are only released once an installer accepts the opportunity, and never distributed indiscriminately.
Free and no obligation
Making an enquiry is free and places you under no obligation. Any contract for installation is between you and the installer, not with us.
Estimates are indicative
Any cost estimate or system suggestion on this site is an indicative guide, not a formal quotation or technical design. The firm price and specification come from the installer's survey.
