Use the enquiry form rather than email — it collects the room and property detail an installer needs to quote without a second round of questions. Home enquiry · Business enquiry.
We review each enquiry individually and introduce you to one vetted installer where we can, or tell you plainly that we cannot yet. Your contact details stay private until an installer accepts.
Something on this site is wrong
Email privacy@airva.co.uk with the page address and what you think is inaccurate or out of date. Corrections to regulatory, planning or pricing claims are the ones we most want to hear about, and we would rather be told than left publishing an error.

Something has gone wrong with an enquiry
Email privacy@airva.co.uk with your enquiry reference and what happened. Complaints about installation work should also go directly to the installer who carried it out, since they hold the contract with you and we do not. See our complaints page.
You want your data accessed, corrected or deleted
Email privacy@airva.co.uk with enough detail to identify your enquiry. We respond within the timeframes the law requires. Your data rights page explains the full list.
You install air conditioning and want work
Email privacy@airva.co.uk with your company name, the areas and project types you cover, and your F-gas company certificate number. We are building the installer network and are actively interested. Our installer terms summarise the arrangement.
