For air conditioning and heat pump installers
Real enquiries, brief up front. You pay only when the job goes ahead.
No paying for leads, no subscription, no shared enquiries. We send you one job at a time with the brief up front, and you decide whether it's worth your van.
Built for installers who hate lead sites
Most lead sites charge you for every enquiry, sell it to several firms at once and leave you chasing people who were only browsing. We set Airva up the other way round.
Nothing for a lead
You don't buy enquiries, you don't pay to accept one, and there's no subscription or monthly minimum. You pay only when a job we introduced goes ahead.
One installer at a time
Each enquiry goes to one installer. While it's with you, nobody else sees it. It isn't sold to four other firms who all ring the customer within the hour.
Read the brief before you say yes
You see the job before the customer's details: postcode district, property, rooms, the system they're after, heating or cooling, and when they want it done. Pass on it and it costs you nothing.
Busy month? Pause
Tell us you're full and we stop sending until you say otherwise. Tell us when you've got room again. No notice period.
The fee is agreed with you, in writing, before your first introduction. Nothing else.
Work waiting for an installer
Real enquiries from the last few months that we haven't been able to place yet, shown by postcode district. If one of these is on your patch, it could be yours.

How it works
- 1ApplyTwo minutes below. We ring you to agree areas, the work you want and the fee.
- 2We check youYour F-gas company certificate, insurance, Companies House record and the postcodes you really cover. Nothing is sent until that's done.
- 3An enquiry arrives by emailA short brief with no customer details. One tap to accept, usually within an hour in working hours. If it isn't for you, leave it and it moves on.
- 4Accept, and it's yoursThe customer's name, number and the full brief are released to you, and we tell the customer to expect your call.
- 5Quote, fit, tell usYou survey and quote as you normally would. When the job goes ahead, that's when the fee is due.
The checks we make, and what they can and can't tell a customer, are published in how we check installers.

Questions installers ask
- What counts as a job going ahead?
- The customer accepts your quote and the work goes ahead. We put the exact wording in the agreement you sign before your first introduction, so there's no argument later.
- How will you know a job went ahead?
- The agreement asks you to tell us when a job you got through us is confirmed, and we ask you how each introduction went. We may also check with the customer. It works on trust, which is why we only work with installers we've spoken to and checked.
- What sort of enquiries are they?
- Homeowners who've used our planner or quote form, so they arrive with their rooms, property type, the system that suits them and a timeframe. Some are single bedrooms, some are whole homes with heating as well as cooling, and some are businesses. You see which before you accept.
- Do I need to be MCS certified?
- Not for air conditioning. Where a customer wants the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, the work needs an MCS-certified installer, and the brief says so before you accept.
- Am I tied in?
- No. No minimum term, no notice period and no fee to leave. If it isn't working for you, tell us and we stop.
- Where do the enquiries come from?
- Our own site: guides people read when they're deciding, a planner that recommends a system, and a quote form. We don't buy or resell lists.
The summary terms are on our installer terms page.
