Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you can ask us to give you access to, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and object to certain uses. You can also withdraw any marketing consent at any time.
How to make a request
Contact privacy@airva.co.uk with your request and enough detail to identify your enquiry. We respond within the timeframes required by law.
Conversations with the website assistant
We do not store them, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete. A conversation lives in your browser tab and in the request to xAI that composes each reply, and ends when you close the tab. If you made an enquiry through the assistant, that enquiry is held exactly like any other and your rights above apply to it in full.
Complaints to the regulator
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
