Opportunities and acceptance
Installers receive masked opportunities with enough detail to judge suitability. Accepting an opportunity releases the customer's contact details. There is no charge for receiving or accepting an opportunity.
Fees
A fee is payable only when a job introduced through us goes ahead, on terms agreed in writing before the first introduction. There is no subscription, no minimum term and no charge for declining an opportunity.
Qualifications and conduct
Installers must hold and maintain the qualifications, F-gas certification and insurance appropriate to the work they undertake, and must deal with customers professionally and honestly.
Handling customer data
Contact details released on acceptance may be used only for the introduced project and must be handled in line with data-protection law.
